How to Pay Your Rent

MTHA introduced the allpay.net swipe card payment system in January 2002. All tenants are issued with a swipe card, a card carrier and wallet. Simply take your swipe card and payment to either a Post Office or outlet displaying the PayPoint, E Pay or PayZone logos. You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card depending on the types of payment accepted at each outlet. You will be issued with receipt, which you should keep as proof of payment. Your payment will then be processed and will appear as a receipt on your rent account, normally within two working days.
