Reporting a Repair On-line

You can use the form below to report non-urgent repairs.

For emergency repairs when the office is closed please telephone our agents, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council Central Control on 01685 385231 and introduce yourself as a MTHA tenant.

For emergency repairs during office hours please contact the MTHA office on 01685 352800.

If you have problems with your heating, or leaks from the central heating system or hot water system, please telephone our gas maintenance contractor Planned Maintenance Engineering, direct on 029 2039 7701, this is manned 24 hours a day.  For electric heating, please follow the repairs procedure above.
