On Tuesday 14 July 2026, we held our Annual General Meeting at Clwb Crown. We were joined by nearly 50 tenants, shareholders, staff and other stakeholders who heard about our achievements during the last financial year.
- 83% of our tenants are satisfied with our services
- 80% of our tenants are satisfied with the quality of their home
- 87% of our tenants are satisfied that their rent is value for money
- 72% of our tenants are satisfied with our repairs performance
- 128 homes were let in the year, of which 82 were rented to those who had previously been homeless
- Invested £4m in maintaining and improving tenants’ homes
- 30 Tenant and Resident Group meetings were held across the borough
- £5,733 worth of EGNI vouchers were given to households in fuel poverty
- 178 food, hygiene or sanitation packs given to those in need
- Over 50% of our homes have an EPC rating of 75 or higher
- £766,000 spent on installing 71 solar PV systems to our homes.
- 127 new homes developed and into management over the last 5 years
- £1,163,777 surplus
- Tai Pawb’s QED award retained
