Each quarter we aim to bring you a “fluffy panda” story that captures the difference our work has made to a tenant or to the community.
This “fluffy panda” story captures a unique tale of how the persistence and tenacity of a Community Development Officer meant that a decision to overturn a Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) was made, and this tenant had all the household items they needed to make their house a home. More importantly, it meant that their home became a little sanctuary for them.
