We’re pleased to share a new Service Charge video developed as part of our involvement with the Landlord Engagement Network South Wales (LENS).
Working collaboratively with partner housing associations, Hafod, Newydd Housing Association, Cadwyn Housing Association, Beacon Cymru Group, Cynon Taf Community Housing Group, Valleys to Coast, First Choice Housing Association, Bron Afon and Vale Homes, we’ve helped create a clear and accessible video designed to support tenants in understanding what service charges are, what they cover, and how they affect their home.
This project was driven directly by customer feedback. In a recent survey, many tenants told us that service charges can feel confusing or unclear. As a network, we listened — and responded — by creating simple, easy-to-follow information that explains service charges in a straightforward and engaging way.
