Please note that the office will therefore be closed to visitors and incoming calls for staff training and development on the following days:

This means that the front reception door will not be open and that we will not be taking incoming calls.

If you do need to contact us on these days, then you will be able to leave an answerphone message and we will return your call the next day.  You will have the option to be transferred to a member of staff if your call is an emergency, for example a broken window, serious water leak, electrical faults.  For any issues with your central heating system please call Liberty Gas on 0800 328 4322 or 0330 123 9622 if calling from a mobile.

All of our staff will still be working or in training and these days are important to enable us to provide a better service to our tenants.
