General Needs Properties

Our Common Housing Register (Tai Dewis/Housing Choice) is changing to Living Merthyr Tydfil from 3^rd April 2018. If you are currently registered on Tai Dewis or a new customer and you would like to apply for social housing, you MUST visit www.livingmerthyrtydfil.org.uk and:

1. Register on the site (button to the top right of the home page) this takes about 5 minutes; then
2. Complete a Housing Registration Application – where you provide all relevant information about your household. This takes between 30 and 40 minutes.

Please do this as soon as possible – as the information you provide as part of your application may need to be validated. This can take time, and until complete – you will not be active on the system and hence cannot apply/bid for properties.
