Welsh Government have confirmed that Welsh tenant’s right to buy their home through Right to Buy and the Right to Acquire will end on 26 January 2019.
The Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Act 2018 is now law. Welsh Government have produced a guide for tenants to explain the change:
