The Renting Homes Wales Act (RHWA) will bring about a massive change for the housing sector from 1 December. This means that the way we rent our homes will be different – tenancy agreements will become occupation contracts – and we will be supporting you through these changes every step of the way.

Change can mean uncertainty, so we want to make sure that you feel comfortable with what is coming and that you feel that we are ready, as your landlord, to bring about these changes quickly and efficiently.

It will take no more than five minutes to complete and will really help us to make sure that we are doing everything we can to support you (and our staff) through the RHWA implementation.
