At our AGM on 14 July 2026, we recognised the contribution that our staff make and particularly those who had reached a milestone length of service.
We recognised those staff who had reached 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years’ service during the past year.
Ella Baran, Housing Officer and Craig Thomas, Caretaker have both been with us for 5 years.
Thomas Bunce, Community Development Officer has worked with us for 10 years. As have Mark Davies and Colin Davies who are both Multi-Skilled Operatives.
Our Compliance Manager, Julie Collins has been with us for 15 years.
One of our Maintenance Assistants, Tracey Manning has reached 20 years’ service.
Two members of staff had both reached 25 years’ working for Merthyr Housing – Jason McInnes, Housing Officer and our Chief Executive, Karen Courts.
All have received a certificate to mark their service and a thank you card from the Board.
That was is a combined 125 years’ service to Merthyr Housing. Ann Batley, Chair of the Board, thanked them all.
