We are delighted to announce a generous donation from , Niyaa People, a leading recruitment specialist, who recently gifted two laptops to support our ongoing digital inclusion work.
This donation is part of Niyaa People’s commitment to social value and community impact. The laptops will directly support tenants who are part of our digital inclusion projects, helping them get connected and develop essential online skills.
Tom Bunce, our Community Development Officer who leads the Digital Inclusion Programme, welcomed the donation, stating:
“This is a great donation to us, and it will help us support our tenants to get connected. Our digital inclusion projects allow us to loan laptops and tablets to tenants and help them to develop digital skills that support them in a range of ways – from accessing their Universal Credit accounts and saving money through online shopping, to staying in touch with loved ones through WhatsApp video calling.”
As part of the donation handover, we were pleased to welcome Rio and Kiran from Niyaa People, who travelled from Birmingham to personally deliver the laptops. Their thoughtfulness and commitment to supporting our tenants is deeply appreciated.
