We understand that life can be challenging. We are here to help. If you feel that you are struggling to pay your rent, stay on top of your household bills, and are struggling to keep your home clean and tidy, then we are here to help.
We have a Tenancy Sustainability Officer who is here to help and support our tenants through difficulties that they have with their home. This Officer is able to help refer you for specialist help for any money that you may owe, is able to work with you to plan your household jobs, is able to support you with any benefit claims, and help you to understand your household bills. Our Tenancy Sustainability Officer will work with our tenants to help raise their skills and confidence to live independently and prosper within our homes.
