We offer many easy and convenient ways to pay your rent.
- Direct Debit – you can call us to set up a direct debit to be paid on date that suits you, either weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly. Please note that the amount will be different for 4 weekly and monthly. We can go through this when you set up the payment plan.
- Callpay – call rents team and pay via phone using your debit card
- Allpay Card – you will receive this at the start of your tenancy, if you do not have one you can request a new one via rents team.
- Allpay App – you will need to register using your tenant reference number which you can request from us.
- Cash in reception – if you prefer to use cash you can call into MTHA to pay by cash, you will be given a receipt and your account will be updated.
We are aware that from time to time many of our tenants will experience financial difficulties and may struggle to pay their rent and other necessary bills. We have a specialist rents team who are trained to be able to help and advise you.
