Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association aim to assist the borough to have an atmosphere of friendship, respect and care for each other. In particular, we aim to treat everyone equally, regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, political beliefs or offending background that does not create a risk to vulnerable groups including children. Merthyr Housing will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or hate speech of any kind or any behavior which others find intimidating, upsetting, embarrassing, humiliating or offensive.
Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association strives to ensure that all tenants and wider members of the community are fully able to both access our services and are at the heart of making decision about the service they receive. We have undertaken a survey as part of our annual tenant satisfaction survey to ensure that all who wish and access and participate in our activities are free to do so and that there are no under represented groups in comparison with the information we hold on our tenants. By clicking on the link below you are able to observe the data recorded and the report that highlights areas for improvement.
At Merthyr Housing we are always striving to improve our services and inclusivity so if you disagree with anything in the report please feel free to contact us on 01685352800 or via email at mtha@mtha.org.uk
