We have been made aware by a tenant that they had a call this morning from someone saying they worked for Merthyr Housing demanding a payment via bank transfer for their rent straight away.
We would only ever ring from our number 01685 352800 and we would NEVER ask anyone to do a bank transfer! If you have had or get a call from anyone asking for rent money to be paid like this please contact us straight away and if you can please write the phone number down.
